Complaint Details:
I have received three calls and one message from someone. He gave the details of the last purchase I made in snap deal and informed that I won the Mahindra XUV in alucky draw. As I understood that it is fraud call, I disconnected the call.
I am pretty much worried about the fact that from snapdeal they accessed my personal info and purchase data.
Do you have any clue, how they attained my info from you?
As I lost the trust in snap deal, I am uninstalling Snapdeal app and will make sure not to buy anything from you in future.
