Scam or fraud: Lenova — worst after sale service

Complaint Details:

I have purchased my Lenovo smartphone on 3/09/2017.
I am facing the below mentioned problems with my product.
1. Battery is getting discharged very fast.
2. Loose connectivity of charging pin. Facing difficulty while connecting to charging cable.

I have approached the authorised service centre. They have opened my device and stated that there are water marks in charging pin. Because of this my device is out of warranty.

Service executive intended me to peep through the tiny charging port but I could not find with my naked eyes. After little bit of argument those people gave me the service order copy which I have mailed to service head.

There are no symptoms of water within the device. Moreover my device has not fallen into water at anytime. How the service staff can refuse to rectify the problem by simply stating that there is water damage in charging connection.

I strongly believe that lenova service staff have rejected my claim of warranty unlawfully
