Good Morning.
I Deeply regret to inform you that your executives in Authorised Service center are doing wrongfull activities.
In my Case..I have visited your Neemrana (, Alwar, Rajsthan ) authorised service center in the month of May’18 for repairing work of my accidental car.at that time your executives told me that allow one day time as surveyor of Insurance company will check your car for the cost to be borne by them.
so after 1 day i have visited your service center and they told me that for all the work you have to pay approx.8000 rs.and rest cost will be borne by insurance company as per insurer.I replied ..ok, please get the work done and after that they completed all the work and handed over car to me after paying my dues.
But now after 3 months i visited the same service center again for some other work but instead of doing the same they have snatched my car from me in a very rudely manner and told me to pay INR 30, 000 to get the car back.when i asked the reason for the same they told me that your previous work amount has not been cleared by insurance company so you have to pay that amount.
they did all this drama/kios full day and than finally when i aproached to nearest police station after that they handedover my car with a sorry feeling for mistake.
As per plan i had to go to a customer to finalized a deal with them but due to all this i couldn’t reach on time and i lost the opportunity to earn INR 50, 000 yesterday.
So please help me in this case and pay me INR 50, 000 to compensate my loss.
