I purchased watch on 21aug2017
After one month showing late time
Went to service center(ghod dod road, surat)
They said we will not take online product for repairing

Taken watch said machine should b replace have to sent to company
Call again to show warranty card nf box of watch
After 10days give watch back
After a month same problem
Went to same service center
Again same repair we will not take online product for repairing
Call to customer care
Ticket ID: [protected] (on 31 july2018)
They accept watch
I want some action against service center
Customer care representative saying our consent department will call you
Today is 8aug2018 I didn’t receive any call
