Complaint Details:
I used Samsung Pay to recharge my Vodafone number but due to improper acknowledgement of failed transaction, I tried recharging 4 times for a value of Rs.120/- each time but never successful.
My money is SENT successfully to UPI ID mobikwik.sp@icici but I did get any top up for any of the 4 transactions.

Tip: Customers should never complain you about such petty things. IRCTC observes significantly more transactions than mobikwik but yet they refund the amount within 3 days.
