Complaint Details:
I made 3 transaction on 1Aug, 2018. All of them are showing status “Processor Down”‘. Money deducted is neither credit to beneficiary account nor came back to my account. If you can not make transaction immediately, then what is the meaning of IMPS? Either money should be credited to beneficiary account immediately or should be refunded within few hours. I know the Policy that if IMPS transaction fails, money will be refunded in 5 working days. But people make IMPS transaction only if there is any emergency. Waiting for 5 days is unacceptable condition.
