Complaint Details:
I had lodged a complaint, through their automated phone service, regarding non functioning of our landline on Monday, 28th November 2016.
After many reminders, finally an MTNL employee can home to check the phone.
I would like to place on record that the very poor behavior of the employee. My wife was alone at home and apparently he took advantage of the same and was behaving very rudely with her, which is most unbecoming of a government employee.
I can provide an authorised representative the details of complaint and I would like somebody to investigate the same immediately to ensure that the person who visited our office is immediate bought to books.
Looking forward to urgent redressal of my complaint.
