Hi, i’m one of customer of your company..last month i wanted to transfer my card from postpaid to prepaid at that i was told that i have to clear last bill to do so…so i made the payement at idea store..and in addition to that i was inform that i need to pay 1 or 2 day bill after 1 month…but yesterday i got call from [protected].. informing that ineed to pay 500 rs more as my pending bill..i was shocked as i already cleared my debts last month ..i asked her to give me time to check with the store person she told ok till 24hr(working hour) your card will not be deactivated.today i got message from the company that at 4 mycard will be disconnected..then again i called her..and inspite of giving me proper answer she answered very arrogantly… and talked n abusive manner …i can provide you with the no. [protected]..please if u can teach her some manner that will be better from your company…
