Dear Respected Sir,
I purchased one flat from Aditya Imperial Heights. After handover the apartment the following items are missed. It is gated community, Aditya is controlling security and staff. They are responsible.
1) MCB Swith Board
2) 2 – Taps
3) Common Bathroom Glass.
The above is worth of 5500 INR. including labor charge it will be 7000 INR. They are taking any accountability. They are supposed to fix the grill at main window, it got delayed and stolen. Aditya need to take the accountability and fix them again.
Kindly support me. There are more than 100 flats are in this condition. I suspect the staff, with out their involvement, so many cases will not be there
