Complaint Details:
I renewed my car’s insurance (DL 8CY 3468) from TR Swajney. Until I had given the cheque they regularly called me. But one the cheque GOT cleared from my account they stopped responding to my calls. They were supposed to give me a refund of Rs 500 which I still haven’t got depite 2 months having passed since I paid the premium. All their numbers are now switched off. Still haven’t even received the policy. Will never deal with TR Swahney again and suggest all to do the same.
