I did not get credit of my Jio phone recharge, though account was debited in the following transaction:
I was to recharge my Jio mobile no. on 25.04.18 at 12.04.31 hours thro IBS. Amount of the recharge Rs.349/- was duly debited to my account but I did not get the recharge. The detail of Billsdesk transaction is

Kindly get the transaction completed or refund the amount immediately so that I could renew my plan which is expiring on 26/4/18
