Scam or fraud: Yamaha Motor India — delay in delivery of spares

Complaint Details:
I, Advait Berde, own a YZF R3, purchased on August 12 2016, registered on the number MH02EJ3475. My rear suspension needs to be replaced urgently as there is no damping in the spring. I had placed an order for a new suspension more than a month ago at My Yamaha, Malad west, but I still have not received any replacement. Please look into the matter as soon as possible, as it is really irritating me to ride my motorcycle with a spoilt rear suspension.
