Complaint Details:
On Nov 6th I placed an order for 3 bags vide order no. 4584 with full payment. I was told that the bags will be delivered within 15 days. After several enquiries, on 23rd Nov i got a mail stating that the bags were defected due to mishandling in transit and that they will refund the money immediately.
Thereafter i had sent many mails, but no reply so far. There is no phone number to contact them and live chat is always offline.
Please advise as to how i can get my refund.
