Hi, I am Vishwanath from Mysore… I left my car in Ford service station in Mysore on 30th November for just to replace bumper, a/c & condenser… They assured to deliver within 3 days which is ridiculous… Even after 7 days they have not even touched my car taking an excuse of non availability of such a common spare parts.. It’s shameful for a such big Ford company to give an silly excuse. When I contacted head office in Chennai, even they just neglected and did nothing for my request . They didn’t even had a curtisy to call back . Ford company charges exuberant labor charges & still they make customers to beg & plead forbetter & quick service.. I am extremely disgusted with this company…
