Complaint Details:
After the recent change on LIC portal, my gender is updated as Male instead of Female, due to which i am unable to add my other policies due to gender mismatch- i have already got a letter from LIC that gender change is rectified on my main policy, but seems like the portal is not updated – how do i resolve this? it’s pending since October month.
please assist
