Complaint Details:
I have visited reliance store gaurav tower malviya nagar jaipur for receiving my booked jio phone but they refuse to give that time… But I asked for a jio sim he again refused by making a foolish excuse of server.. If you can’t surve properly then why have you opened so much store to make us disappointed. Other was reliance store Sanganer malpura gate has made same excuse and refused to give any of the items and suggest me to take the sim from nearby retailer… Is this your service on which you feel proud… Worst experience I ever faced from serving any telecom company… I expect so positive towards reliance but I was wrong.
