Complaint Details:
I have given my scorpio VLX model AS01AM 6281 owner name JUSTIN LAISHRAM for servicing of parts in Imphal Mahindra Showroom servicing center. Shivz Autotech Pvt Ltd.
I Would like to note that my servicing for the same part(window motor, A.C regulator and sound, and other parts) were repeatedly given several time in few months gap for same problem.
In November month 2016 when I gave my vehicle for starter complaint and button for fuel opener it took almost 2 weeks time for them to deliver the vehicle and when its finally delivered I realise my fuel cap were missing and back door lock were not working and so i couldnt open the back door. WHEN I raise these complaint, a STAFF Name Boinow responded rudely and said my complain never make any sense. His reason were that they never touch the back door and the fuel cap were missing since before I gave them the vehicle. According to him there is no rule to check the vehicle parts prior to accept the vehicle for service. I found out about the fuel cap in pump and when I call mahindra thats when BOINOW told me about the missing cap. This means they let me drive back without the fuel cap.
THIS WOULD BE MY 4TH TIME IN MAHINDRA IMPHAL FOR SERVICING IN PAST 5-6 MONTHS. I am really disappointed of this servicing center. Now according to Boinow in phone call, the manger also wont accept the complaint.
