Complaint Details:
My post paid SIM for which I requested to disconnect two months ago not yet disconnect and bill is still coming.The Vidhyarayapura (Bangalore) BSNL office from where I had taken SIM post paid requested to discontinue on written application, but they denied to take it and advised not to clear bill and tell that is will automatic discontine when it cross the limit of security amounts. Please advise me what to do now.
