Hi,
I am a frequent traveler with UBER, i was using OLA from past 2 years and i switched to UBER due to their bad customer service. Now i dont expect the same from UBER.
1. Unable to apply coupon:
I did not get any option to enter the coupon code(25ON25) in two of my trips which i took within this week on cash. I wrote to your team and they gave me lame excuses saying you cannot apply after your trips and so on. I also sent the screen shot and now i request you not to ask me for the screen shot again. I am fed up of this. I request you to transfer the coupon value to my UBER account for both the cash trips which i made.
2. I added Rs.222 to my Paytm account due to 25% discount as UBER said not paytm:
The trips i took starting from 21st Nov i did not get my cash back on those trips now your customer service is telling me to approach paytm.
Why should i approach paytm as the offer was given by you not paytm. It has happened in the past as well. However, i was timely resolved.
Why is it happening so frequently. There is definitely something wrong with your system. Please credit my cash back to my paytm account.
I would request you not to waste my time and your time as well by exchanging email as i have clearly explained the issue above.
