Complaint Details:
Hi Team,
I got a call from Tybros on 02-Jun 2017, saying that I am a lucky winner and will get 3N 4D travel voucher along with 2 other gift vouchers, which on arrival they mentioned it will be a Movie Tickets voucher and some 15000/- worth beauty parlor coupons.
I visited Tybros on 03-June 2017 located in Wave Mall Noida, and after a long discussion Md.Javed (manager) and Mr. Raju Shukla (executive) convinced me for taking 1 year membership and gave me 3N4D travel gift voucher.
He also mentioned that the other 2 gift vouchers i.e. Movie Ticket vouchers and 15000/- worth beauty parlour vouchers, I will be getting in mail in next 4-5 days, which I did not get yet.
Then he mentioned that I will be getting a welcome kit with Username Password so as to logon to the eon website in order to plan my holidays within a month . But I got the same after multiple follow ups with Mr. Javed, almost 40 days after the form signing date.
They didn’t even send any confirmation regarding my membership details in my registered mail id or phone number.
After I received the welcome kit, I came to know that whatever Md. Javed and Mr. Raju told me regarding the package is totally different from what I got. I immediately raised this concern with Tybros (specifically with Mr. Nafees) and asked to cancel my membership, initiating the refund, i.e. on 14th of July. I also wrote a mail regarding the same. Initially they tried advising me that don’t go for cancellation and avail their trip plans.
But then they told that my package does not cover long weekend plans and festival plans, which was not at all told to me at the time of taking membership.
After this cheating I didn’t want to continue with them.
I even went to their Noida office (Wave mall), where they asked me to write a letter again with the same details that what was the wrong commitments made.
Lastly they are saying that they cannot provide refund now, as I have raised the cancellation request after 10 days from form signing date, which is their policy.
Can you even imagine, they don’t even send membership kit in that tenure and expect Customer to go for the cancellation with no membership details. They sent me the kit after 40 days, and on the same day I asked for the cancellation and for the refund
Can some one help me here?
