HI,
We are trying to get the Ditto TV recharged for monthly 9 SGD pack; Tried for 5 times around 45 SGD debit from my Account but no recharge complete
Chasing the Ditto TV Support on their email (support@dittotv.com) but no avail. Intiatilly support team replied with as usual comment of
‘Inconvenience is highly regretted,
We are still working on the issue & will surely come back to you with the solution at the earliest.
If any other queries arise, please feel free to contact us at any time at support@dittotv.com!’
But now they have stopped responding to emails as well no contact number to get in touch from outside of India.
