Complaint Details:
I switched from aircel to airtel on 13th, aircel deactivated on 19th, after that i used airtel sim in my mobile, but the network is not activated and it is showing “emergency call only” i have removed the sim and checked many times, also tired manual network search, but it is showing all other network apart from airtel. i call log the issue yesterday morning, but it been 2 days still my number is not activated, everytime when i concact to the airtel person they are saying it will get rectified within 30 mins and it has been more than 48 hours but no result. i am really frustrated and disapppointed chossing airtel. due o this i lost profitable job from one of my client. and also many personal problem sue to this sim problem as i dont have alternative number as well. airtel is worst and i dont know to whom i should contact to rectify. really very bad service.
