Complaint Details:
My internet has been down for 20 days in the last 30 days. I deserve compensation because I’m working hard to get money that I paid you in advance. Show me how good you’re at resolving customer’s problems.
I’m ready to place a billboard (Hoarding) outside your Pune office by my own expense which will say “You Broadband is a pathetic service provider and doesn’t care about their customers’ problems”.
This happens almost every month but I have been quiet because I had another internet which is better than You.
