Complaint Details:
I booked talkal ticket using irctc website from dausa to allahabad for 4 persons.
on the date of journay train get cancled for our station then i call the customer care number and they told me you will get refund automatic in 6-7 woring days
when i dont get it i call again they told me to mail all details on care@irctc.co.in
when i mail them i got a system genrtated reply with a id which is [IRCTC #6192720] .3rd time i call to custmer care and then they told you have to file a TDR with in 72 hrs but you dont so you will not get refund .now what can i do to get my refund when they dont tell me he proper information on time.
