Scam or fraud: Eureka Forbes — Water purifier filter issue – Fraud

Hi, I had recently (in Sept 2016) got the filter change done done through Eureka Forbes and weighing sensor change in Oct 2016. Now in Nov, I am facing issue with one of the filter membrane choke. I called the customer care and my complaint ID is 2000711415. When the technician came, He said my filter is fake and even I was charged for weighing sensor more (I had paid 1400). He told me that I was getting the service done form outside, not through Eureka. I showed him even the SMS i received when I raised service request but he still did not believe and asked me the replace the filter again.
I dont understand. I raised service request with Eureka forbes, how is it possible that some external guy (A fraud company as per your technician) came and replaced my filter and sensor. I even got the service completion message once the service was done. The company I am talking about is “Aqua Care”. I called the customer care about the same and they gave me area manager number (Mr Vincent – +91 8088939279). I contacted him and what Mr Vincent is saying is that this agency is a fraud company but he was also unable to ans on how Eureka Forbes was sending such fraud company for servicing. He is asking me to get my money back from Aqua care. When I contacted Aqua care, they told me that I am being misinformed.

Now I dont know what I should do. This is clearly a mistake on Eureka Forbes part and I am being asked to change the filter on my own cost. Anyway, I will not be doing that but I will move to different brand as I dont want to run into this issue every year. This is hard to believe that this scam is going on without the involvement of Eureka Forbes and customer are asked to pay again.
