I have corporate Idea postpaid connection and using it from 2 years and this cycle i got a bill of 2500 INR and it is mentioned 1500+tax is for Data Pack Pro-ration charges and that is only detail i have.
I have dropped a mail to customercare@idea.adityabirla.com but there is no response from last one week and many times i called customer care also but there is no response.
At last i am using this form to raise my voice and expecting to get this solve ASAP. If i didn’t get response after that then i have to take some hard steps to make everyone aware of it in my office using my office page as you must me aware of that if you will check my corporate name then you will get to know how much it can be negative for you.
Expected to hear from you ASAP.
