Dear sir, our neighbor D-23 AC pipe is leaked and they are not ready to repair it water is store in gali and become a mosquitoes breeding centre resulting in serious health hazar and D-23 Daljeet Singh have been discharging sweage openly to the conservancy lane which as accumulated to big pool and and has become a mosquitoes breeding centre resulting in serious health hazard. Our complaint to ward councillor has fallen to deaf ears. Now our families have fallen sick with dengue fever. my complaint no is 201707120704 which i have logged with jal board
