Complaint Details:
I had purchased a Moto G4 Plus on 9-July-2016 and this is the second time I have given it for repair on 5-Nov-2016.
It has been 4 weeks now and still the issue has not been resolved and Motorola service center is stating the part has not arrived & to bear with them.
Every week they are saying it will be resolved the next week.
