Scam or fraud: Lenovo — Service Centre Representative

Complaint Details:

I bought a charging adapter and cable for my Lenovo KE Note phone. After a week it stopped working. Cable was working fine but the adapter was not. So, I approached the service centre guy for the same. First they ask me to bring me to bring my mobile. When I enquired the need for mobile, the reply was we want to see whether your mobile is in warranty period
I ask them if you want to know the warranty period, that I can tell you separately. But I don’t understand the need of mobile warranty for the charger I bought. Then they said it’s ok. We will check the charger. They told that charger is working fine. I told them to show it to me by using my other brand mobile. But they refused. They asked me to bring the Lenovo mobile. When I took the mobile to them, they asked me to wait for half an hour to one hour. When I enquired the reason for such a long waiting they said we have to see whether there is a problem in your mobile. Then I had to forcefully tell them to you people don’t have to bother for my mobile. Just show me whether the charger is working with any other Lenovo mobile. I have already used various brands. But this kind of service has never come across me. I am really unhappy and disappointed with the service centre situated at the pin code 711101 in Howrah Belelious Road. Their services really suck us.
