Complaint Details:
I booked for tickets Jaipur Kolkata Jaipur travelling date 14.06.17 and 23.06.17 against PNR no.7WX3EC. Due to medical reason, two return tickets were cancelled by me on 13.06.17. At the time of cancellation, for refundable amount Rs.9184.00 I advised to contact make my trip when the tickets were booked by next from go air. I contacted make my trip, they advised that these tickets were not booked through us. I am constantly trying to customer care, but phone is not picking by any person.I do not know how I will get the refund.
2. I submitted a request to goair refunds.co.in for not to deduct any amount from cancelled tickets and submitted a medical certificate of the travelling person.due to illness her husband was also not able to travel hence both return tickets were got cancelled.
It is shameful for such air line for not attending phone by the customer carw than why customer care number have been given on web site.
Please resolve the problem
