Complaint Details:
Dear Sir,
My Consumer No is 000082363751, Billing Unit 4541. I am residing in this flat since Nov 2016. We are a nuclear family, my husband and me both working and there is no one in the flat at day time. We only using one AC only from May.
I have also checked all the electricity bills of my society, even flats using 2-3 AC on regular basis are not being charged more than 6000 while in my case every month the charges are getting just double of last month. There has been an immense amount of difference in the billing since i have started living here. Please help me as i am being billed excessively since April 2017.
