I have sent my spouse eye operation bills th. Courier. The bills recd by mediassist with claim form on 01-04-2017. I saw on that
all the papers are complete required document none. The claim is in progress since april17.My policy no. Is 253500/48/2017/1126.
You are requested to pl. Clear the claim and send the payment earliest.
