Complaint Details:
I had recharged Rs. 500 balance in the phone number 9832092447 on 7th of July. and suddenly they have deducted the whole balance from my phone number. And when asked about the same from the company, they say that they don’t have any details regarding the deduction. I have also cross checked with the company and there are no active value added services on my number.
I want them to refund me the money back.
