Complaint Details:
We have opened our current account with kotak bank from last 6 months considering facility of net banking. But we are enable to use this facility. It is informed to Odhav ( ahmedabad) branch 8-10 time. But still not solved
during opening of account, kotak executive has informed us so many benefits of use. But nothing to use after opening this account. We are not getting any support regarding result oriented solution

Net banking problem is regarding transaction only. During transfer money, we are getting alert as alarm form and we are not able to submit transaction of money transfer
