Scam or fraud: Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Issue of wrong bills despite several reminders- BP No 5000047816

Complaint Details:
The above gas connection is in a flat which is lying vacant and locked since Jan 16. I intimated the meter reader as well as customer care but I kept on receiving estimated bills. On 11 Apr 16 I again raised SR no 9900210855 as well as sent a mail as follow:-

Dear Sir
My flat is lying vacant and locked since Jan 16. Though I have personally intimated the Meter reader I have continued to receive estimated bills. Now I have received another bill of Rs 733.83 . I have already sent meter reading photo to 9717827778. The present meter reading is 121.254. Photo is linked.
Kindly recalculate and generate a revised bill.

A SR 9900226550 was created but there was no change. I tried customer service twice without any help.

I made another mail on on 01 Jun 17 as follow:-

Dear Sir
The photo of the meter is linked. Pse note that this connection is not in use since Dec15/Jan 16. This has been intimated to your representative, Customer care on phone and thru email and SMS.
Kindly take immediate review of the case and extra payment made by me be regularized.

Now I have received another invoice no 19698479 dated 14 Jun 17.

Thus it is evident that IGL has refused to take corrective action so far.
This my last request to you to act otherwise I will have no choice but to approach higher authorities.
