Scam or fraud: India Post — MIS maturity process via messanger..

Complaint Details:
We have MIS account 9802201091 / 82 in Manjalpur Vadodara post office. These MIS accounts are getting matured in Aporil 2017.

Presently we are shifted to SURAT. So accordingly we have presented account closure form duly signed by depositor and messenger along with PAN copy of the depositor.

But the rude post master has insisted for physical presence of the depositor. Messenger is NOT valid.

If messenger is not allowed then why closure form (SB 7-A) is having option to authorize messenger to process?
