Mr.Mahadev Pal is a cable operator and owner of our local cable network.He have not any legal papers and proper license for providing such kind of business.By the way I am a former customer of those cable connection.He was charge me Rs.1500/- and take Rs 500/- extra for new connection at the year 2010.Then he collected Rs.200/- per month for rent.Now as per govt. order all customer need a settop Box for viewing all channel.Necesity for Settop Box, now Mr.Pal demand Rs 2100/- to all customer.Which actual fare price is Rs.1600/-.All GTPL settop Box operator selling it between Rs. 1600/- to 1650/- in our district but Mr. Pal selling it at much price.All customer Need it for necessity. So I bought this settopBox from other operator dealer.So now Mr.Mahadev Pal cut my connection as illegal way.He take my cable wire also.He did not want to any type cooperate with me.Telling for his iillegal business he did to make me fear and telling me to see me later.He was a fully illegal businessman also.He did not take any rules which provided by Indian Broadcate Authority guideline.Its is requested to you that please see this matter as a public issue and take all necessary action as soon as possible.I need to reconnect my cable line otherwise back my connection charge and wireline.
