Scam or fraud: Voltas — Desert Cooler

Voltas Customer Service non-responsive
I have a voltas desert cooler, which had isssue with swing motor. The technitians came and replaced it on 9th may 2017. The replaced part went faulty in 3 days time and i logged a conplaint again. The technitians came and took the part saying it would be replaced without any cost on 14th may 2017. Since that date i have been following up, had raised mutiple complaints but not resolved yet. I am on 01st june 2017 and still awaiting resolution.
