Complaint Details:
I bought the new electric rice cooker in Jan 2017. From day one, large amount of rice sticked in the bottom and side wall of bowl. Which cannot be used, very tough to remove while washing. We have been using other brand for the past 10 yrs, which there is no complaints. Seems the response from customer care also very bad. Getting feedback from service is very tough and they are giving advice how to cook.
I never seen this complaints in renowned prestige
