I wish to complain about my LYF WIND6LS5009 GOLD that I purchased on 14/05/2016 in Mall of Mysore
I am complaining because the reason I am dissatisfied).
Let me share the problem which I encountered
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the JIO service center in Kalidasa road, VV Mohalla, Mysore for getting my LYF WIND6 LS5009 phone for service when I gave my phone which was very much in working condition, only issue which I had in the music application and what’s app was not opening. I gave the phone to my service center and the person in charge is Swamy = Jio Service center Kalidasa road, VV Mohalla, Mysore – Service technical who took the phone for fix the problem. he said will do the flash and it will be working fine after that he screwed up or spoilt the phone and started informing me that the phone is water logged and cannot be rectified. Now the phone is not working. I would like to give a written complain explaining the position. Kindly address the issue or escalate the matter and get it resolved.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within _1 day I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
