Complaint Details:
Please help me with order no. OD408659095097771000, matrix 1 Biolage
serum. I was shocked to see the product while unpacking it yesterday i.e.
26th march 2017, it was some pritty old bottle of wrong product with no.
batch no. & other description details. It is just like filling a water in
five year old bottle.
I called customer care, so they are giving damn excuse of 72 hours. Here I
want to add that i requested a call back on Sunday i.e. 26th March 2017 as
well but i didn’t received any call.
