Hi Team,
I am Ex-Employee of Convergys with employee ID: 100520907, PF Number: HRGGN2520477443. I have contacted Spok Kumar for my PF withdrawal procedure to submit my application and have submitted my application. I received confirmation call from him on 04-Jan-2017 he has processed my PF application and asked me to wait for 45-60 days. Its more than 60 days now. I have not received PF yet, I contacted the PF Spoke and asked me to write an email to “HRAssist.India@convergys.com” team who never responded to me. I had to contact Spok again and later am not getting any response from any team. I have no clue what is going on and they are not letting me know turn around time frame to settle my PF.
