Complaint Details:
I have booked a mobile in Mi and i have paid for the mobile. Mi has shipped the package on 28th Feb to FedEx (Tracking Number 785746341578). For 7 Days it is with FedEx and not delivered and on 8th Day (March 8) the status of the shipment has been updated to Delivered. And i called the customer care immediately and they said that the package has been delivered to receptionist. But i haven’t received any call from FedEx. Also the package has not been delivered to receptionist. I need to know what happened to my package and i need either my package or the cost of my mobile. This is the worst experience i ever had in life with Packaging services
