Respeced sir/ mam
i hv done an online shopping from the tcns clothing brand “W FOR WOMAN” on 21st feb as cash on delivery
i recived my product on tym bt due to size issue i hv to exchange the product so i gave them the call they attended nd provide reverse pickup on tym
bt after tht they r not attemding my caals nor replying to my maisls i hv reverse order reciept also
my money is stuck to them
after trying more than 500 calls they picked up once from another borrowed number of mine
nd srnd me mail tht they r going to refund my money wdin 4 to 5 working days.
bt 8 days hv been passed nd still there is no revert to my calls nd mails
i font know how to contact them nd tk my money back
i hv never seen this type of poor customer care service
plz help me in regunding my money
