Scam or fraud: Tikona — Connection issue and not disconnecting modem

Complaint Details:
I had paid for 3 months plan.I did not get half hour net properly…disconnecting more..not connecting issues..I raised complaints even they have not resolved.Even no use of net also raised bills after one month…Customer care replied that…no need to pay…after 3 months the bill was above 2000 rs..saying need to pay even without proper net usage.I raised request to disconnect for 3 times …even they are not taking modem.
