Dear sir,
i have transaction of 3041 rs for go indigo flight . the transaction was failed but my money cut from my account . i talk to go indigo customer care they say it will returns in 3 to 5 working days . today its been more than 1 week i talk to them again and they said they refund the money but bank decline the refund . i want the money bank . i talk to the bank but no proper solution is given to me . they said the request has been sent to upper level . but i dont get any email . so kindly do something abouth it .
