Complaint Details:
I had accidently made the payment of 13k instead of 1300 for my broadband connection. But when I called reliance communication for reversal of money to my account than they said I either you have to disconnect the connection or keep using it because money will be minus from the account.
This had been going on for the last 4months but I didn’t got money back.
Now I made the complaint to disconnect my connection & even I got the call from Reliance Mumbai but still they are not disconnecting my services & still they are charging for the services which I don’t want anymore.
