Complaint Details:
I had placed an order for SIS HOME Yoko Console Table Honey and received an automated order confirmation from the Inkgrid team. I visited their website to find the status of my order and could not find any details. Also i tried contacting the customer care number multiple times and got no response. Even i did not receive any reply on the email sent to them.
The amount paid is Rs. 7047 and would request a refund of the same.
