Scam or fraud: Kotak Mahindra Bank — Twice Charge on 03/01/2017- Customer ID 23823000

Complaint Details:
I have raise a request that Rs 3000/- has been charged twice from my account Customer Id( 23823000) on 03/01/2017 when i paid at Forturne Park Hotel at Rajkot as per the Hotel Accounts team they have charged only once also I have swipe the card only once.

I have already raise the request at netbanking, i got mail that the same will be solved within 7 days but when i talked at customer care they are agreeing that money is not deposited in hotel Account but it will take upto 31 to 45 days and also not getting reverted on mail. Request you to help to get the refund of Rs 3000 asap as if there is any issue it is between bank and VISA organization why should my funds are getting block from more than 2 months.
