I”ve given a Complaint no. which was not yet closed.
This problem is pending since 26th.Jan’17.
it pertains to Refrigerator model no. RT 28 Y.. HANDLED by your franchisee: KAISER ELECTRONICS, PATPARGANJ, DELHI.
Initially the problem was with Deep Freezer, Some part was replaced & bill raised by KAISER ON 28TH.JAN. BILLNO.3114/155653.
BILL CR NO.155653 DTD, 28/1/17 OF KAISER ELECTRONICS.
SERVICE ENGINEER WHO ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT is AJAY.
After that the Refrigerator stopped cooling.. The Service Engineer kept on promising that it will be repaired. some part will come. I “ll get the same issued from Service stores..etc.,
After rigorous follow Up, I spoke to the Service center at Patparganj, one Mr. Ankur who is handling the stores..
Now they are saying that the part Heating Element is not there.. after 2 weeks..
I want SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER TO GIVE ME IN WRITING THAT THE SAID PART IS NOT AVAILABLE.. WHICH THEY SAY THEY CANT GIVE, ,
If Kaiser Electronics doesnt give me in writing the reason for delay in servicing the product & informing the statu/RESOLVE THE ISSUE, I am going to take it up very seriously at appropriate levels.. Pl. note.
